Rockhouse Mountain
Energy

The challenges of the 21st century, peak oil, energy security and global warming require we develop alternative sources of energy. The major alternative non-CO2 sources of electricity generation are small hydro, wind, solar and wave. These tend to be decentralized (“Distributed Generators”) and are intermittent depending on rainfall, wind strength, availability of sunlight and wave activity. It is another challenge for our electric grid to be able to use and integrate these intermittent sources of energy.

Rockhouse Mountain Energy is devoted to supporting and developing alternative non-CO2 sources of energy and new forms of energy storage so our grid can use and integrate these intermittent sources.

Rockhouse Mountain Energy is made up of:
Rockhouse Mountain Energy, LLC
- a project developer of wave energy.

Rockhouse Mountain CAES, Inc.
- a device and project developer of compressed air energy storage.
